Effective September 11, 2026. EAP Media, operating as Freedom, LLC, publishes this page at eapmedia.org.

What you get

We build your site for a flat $500 USD. Choose $25/month for basic email support or $70/month for unlimited changes with same-day turnaround. Both monthly plans include hosting and your domain. There's no client portal to log into. Everything happens over email: you email us, we build or change your site, and you review it.

Payment and cancellation

The build fee is due before work starts. Monthly plans are billed month to month, with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime by email. Hosting continues through the end of the month you've already paid for, unless you ask us to take the site down sooner.

Who owns what

You own the site we build for you. If you leave, you can take your content and domain with you. Email us before you cancel if you'd like to arrange a handoff before the site comes down.

What we do and don't promise

We don't guarantee business outcomes, including traffic, leads, or sales. The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it.

The free Lighthouse tool

The free Lighthouse test is separate from paid plans. It runs on Google's PageSpeed Insights API and is rate-limited. It comes with no uptime or accuracy guarantee.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the new terms.
