What this site collects

Vercel Web Analytics runs across eapmedia.org. It counts page views and reports aggregated traffic without setting a cookie or building a profile of you. See our cookie policy for details. The homepage doesn't use a contact form, ad tracker, or marketing tracker. Like any web host, our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and reliability. We don't use them for marketing.

The free Lighthouse test

The free Google Lighthouse test works differently, because it has to: pasting a URL there sends that URL to Google's PageSpeed Insights API so Google can run Lighthouse against it. We keep a copy of a successful report for about 10 minutes so the same URL isn't re-tested right away — that copy is not a history we browse and isn't used for marketing. Opening that page sets one httpOnly session cookie so we can slow down repeated tests from the same visit; that brake resets on its own and isn't a hard limit.

What happens when you email us

The only way to reach EAP Media is by emailing support@eapmedia.org — whether to start a project or to send us a Lighthouse report from the free tool. That email — your address, whatever you tell us about your business, and anything you send us afterward — is used solely to build and maintain your website and to communicate with you about it. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep client correspondence and site files for as long as you're a customer, and for a reasonable period after in case you come back. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
