01Why We Train

Autonomy in your body

The goal is to build autonomy in your body, so you can build the life you want. Everything in the programming points back at that.

  • Building muscle and lasting strength
  • Playing sports without paying for it later
  • Practising the hobbies you actually care about
  • Getting through long days of work upright
  • Coming back from an injury with confidence

02The Method

Three principles, every session

Not a fixed class script. A way of moving that gets applied to whatever your body brought in that day.

Flow

Using breath to embody physical space: feeling through each motion and letting the body lead the pacing.

Precision

Ensuring alignment and using every joint to its maximum potential, so effort goes exactly where it should.

Control

Embodying each motion to ensure proper muscular activation and support through the whole range.

03What We Train

A progressive build, not a class list

One-on-OneCoaching

Pilates first, to stabilise and build confident range of motion. Then weight training, to build muscle and strength on top of it.

“I have seen with my own clients how a personalised approach and a mix of movement can build a happier, stronger, more mobile body.”

Warm, calm and incredibly knowledgeable. I look forward to every session, which I never thought I’d say about exercise.

Two things to include: what's the problem, and where you want to be. You'll hear from the studio, not a booking bot.
