Everything is baked on site from 5am, in small batches through the day. When it’s gone, it’s gone, so the board tells you what’s still warm before you walk over.

Our bread

Flour, water, salt and time

Every loaf starts two days before you buy it. We mix by hand, proof it cold for 36 hours and bake it on a stone deck before the sun is up.
